Spencer Grammer was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Spencer Grammer is daughter of actor Kelsey Grammer. Spencer Grammer grew up in Los Angeles California and is the son of Kelsey Grammer. Her family was dominated by her father who was an actor, who was once a star with an international profile as a director and actor. Spencer was also an artist's child. Helene Fischer was the second born child of Peter Fischer and Maria Fischer. Her father was an instructor of physical education and her mother worked as an engineer at a university. Joseph Stalin had deported Volga Germans from Siberia to Siberia in the 1940s. She migrated to West Germany along with her parents, sister, and her brother of four years in the year 1988. Following her graduation from high school, Helene Fischer attended her first class at Frankfurt Stage & Musical School for three years, where she was trained in acting and singing.
